With 17 years as an entrepreneur and financial funding expert, there isn’t much that Bill hasn’t encountered. Having seen small businesses owners rise and fall, he has an uncanny sense of how to help them flourish while getting them to a mid-life entrepreneur stage of their lives.

His insight, coupled with the knowledge of sound business practices, has given him a solid reputation among other mid-life entrepreneurial clients. In addition to running three of his own companies in the computer services and small business financing arenas, Bill has helped clients establish themselves, growing businesses in retail, restaurant, entertainment, manufacturing, business consulting firms and many other industries.

Bill Seagraves started his career as a successful Product Development and Sales Manager in 1984 in the defense industry. Bill had extensive success in large-scale engineering projects and with sales and marketing to the U.S. government. As an entrepreneur at heart, however, Bill moved from California to the Denver area and purchased a small business providing Information Technology consulting and services. Bill's company provided services to small and large businesses for eight years, until he successfully transferred that business to one of his employees.

In 2004 with a partner, Bill co-founded a successful company providing self directed 401k and other lending services. After helping to establish that company, Bill decided to pursue a broader vision of business services, funding and entrepreneur education. Following this vision, Bill founded CatchFire Funding, in 2008.

Apart from his small business funding and financing skills, Bill has an all-encompassing entrepreneurial spirit. He adroitly manages a small staff of extraordinarily capable small business experts. Each member on Bill's staff has also owned start-up businesses or franchises or been elected to public office with expertise in assisting small businesses. Bill founded his current funding and financing company in 2008, just six weeks before the stock market crashed and credit markets dried up. Yet, with his business acumen, knowledge base and proficiency skills, Bill has rapidly grown his current company into a market leader - basically beating the recession against tremendous odds.

Bill and his team are passionate about helping mid-life entrepreneurs grow to be just as successful. Bill is a member of a private, international roundtable of highly successful entrepreneurs. As a recognized expert in the field of small business funding and financing, Bill is regularly invited to share his insights as a speaker and panel presenter at franchise and financing events. Bill's company specializes in not only sharing information about wealth building with funding and financing strategies, but also in educating his clients in the best ideas for building their own businesses.

Theresa has over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur. Within her first three years, she established herself as an expert consultant in measuring the effectiveness of both training and development metrics. She rapidly grew her consulting firm to handle large-scale, multiple year contracts with Fortune 500 companies. An experienced career coach, Theresa has also coached individuals on career choices, interviewing and sound communication skills.

In 2004, Theresa wrote a groundbreaking book for the training, development and human resource communities. Entitled, “Quick! Show Me Your Value! A Trainer’s Guide to Communicating Value and Connecting to the Bottom Line” became an international bestseller. Theresa became an invited speaker at numerous conferences, led an international return on investment committee for the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and was hand-picked to sit on the prestigious selection committee for the ASTD 2007 annual international conference, attended by over 10,000 individuals.

Theresa’s consulting expertise centers on helping others identify, talk and write about why their efforts are valuable. She has taught others to communicate their value by using the language of “bottom line” results.

Theresa’s entrepreneurial career began rather unexpectedly.

During her 18-year career with a top Fortune 25 company, Theresa was tasked with managing the training of a start-up sales team in North America. This team went from almost no tangible sales experience to being named the “Best in the World” by leading high-tech industry analysts—after just two short years. The team’s sales manager always cited their disciplined training program as the single most important factor of their success. A few months after being personally recognized for this effort by her company’s CEO, and with no warning, Theresa was caught up in a massive downsizing operation. Thrown into the world of entrepreneurship, Theresa began her own consulting firm and never looked back.

Theresa is passionate about helping other mid-life entrepreneurs be wildly successful. In 2008, along with her husband, Bill, Theresa co-founded CatchFire Funding. Theresa has turned her considerable expertise in entrepreneurship, sales training, communication and financial returns to assisting other mid-life entrepreneurs make the most of their investment, whether that be business-related or personal.
